You must be 18 years of age or older to use Feral Sloth. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
You agree not to use the app to post content that is abusive, defamatory, or otherwise harmful. We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate this policy.
Ratings and tasting notes you submit are your own opinions. You grant Feral Sloth and the relevant event organiser a licence to display this content within the app and at the event.
Photos you upload must be your own or photos you have the right to share. By uploading a photo, you grant Feral Sloth and the event organiser a licence to:
Photos may be reviewed by event organisers and administrators and may be removed if they violate this policy. You can opt out of screen display in your profile settings.
By creating an account you agree that Feral Sloth may contact you with information about events, features, and updates relevant to your use of the app. You can opt out of marketing communications at any time by contacting us or using the unsubscribe link in any email we send.
Event organisers may also contact you regarding events you have attended, subject to their own privacy practices.
Feral Sloth is provided "as is". We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
